Torug effect question

Hello,
I want to try torug and I would like to know :
- If I use crusher with Blockade in my backbar, switch to my main bar and let him reapply over and over with blockade, will Torug still impact the potency of this enchant since I'm not in the backbar ?
In my head it's probably a NO but still wanna be sure.
