No Crafting Surveys from Writs

I haven't gotten a single crafting survey since Elsweyr's launch, and since I do daily crafting writs on 16 characters across 2 accounts I thought it odd. Tonight I slowed down and watched what I was receiving in the rewards. I noticed that some reward boxes did not contain the container with mats that we're supposed to receive when we receive surveys but also did not contain surveys. Hence I think this is clearly bugged...
