Grouf✭✭✭"Early Access" is just marketing spin for what ZOS has always done. PC gets the update first, then 2 weeks later consoles get it. For Elsweyr PC will get it on May 20, June 6 for consoles. If you are on PC you don't need to preorder Elsweyr to get access on May 20, you can buy it that day or after, but you DO need to buy the Elsweyr Chapter to get access.3 -

The past two have given nigh over a month rather we get just short of a fortnight
Just leads me to think that they well and truly dropped the pot on this one with respect to testing coding and development
Perhaps the farewell of the lore master had a bit to do with it I could see how if the money men screamed “we need dragons! Game of thrones has dragons Skyrim had see how popular they are now give us some bloody dragons”
That as well could have dragged out the production if it were last minute they’d have to somehow pull out an explanation out of their bum for how dragons are flying around while they should be dormant as well as tie into pre existing plot
