During the Wrathstone PTS in January, the patch notes said the following:
@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_Finn Has this release date been changed since the PTS? It's May 15, but there's no announcement about the availability of the motif as there has been with recent motifs.
The Honor Guard Motif is currently available to test from character templates, and will begin dropping on the Live megaservers on May 15, 2019 from completing Blackrose Prison.
