Powerful Assault Buff Wont Go Away

I haven’t worn this set on my Stam DK in quite some time, but the buff notification still comes up when casting Vigor or Caltrops. It also applies to other players nearby.
I’m not sure about them, but for me I only get an extra 20 weapon damage. ( it’s supposed to be 160)
Actually, I shouldn’t be getting anything at all because I’m not wearing the set.
Not game breaking or anything, but something is not right here.
