Psijic Escort Charger audio bug

So when my psijic escort charger rears up, it makes no sound. I've disabled all addons, so they aren't the cause, and I've also tested disabling all the combinations of riding upgrades and it makes no difference. Any solutions or is this a bug that happened with Update 21?

    Ok the same thing is happening with the Hinterlands music box, I'm glad I didn't buy it because the preview one and the one in a friend's house isn't making any audio at all. It makes no sense because the other music boxes make audio for me fine. Can you guys please stop ignoring this issue and give me some advice.

    So this bug affects 3 different mounts. It's not addons, its something you guys have done. The mounts affected are:

    Psijic Escort Charger
    Psijic Horse Exemplar
    Bloodshadow Wraith Steed

    None of these make the appropriate neighing sound when the steed rears up. Please get onto this asap. As far as I know the music box still makes no audio at all. Selling dodgy merchandise again, how predictable.
