I main on NA but have ironman type account on EU. I sadly logged out on Eu, which is the current problem.
I am trying to log in -queue is almost 16 minutes.
That is not acceptable.
I also do not see an option to log into NA until I get to character screen, so either way, stuck in a wait until the Eu server responds. NA server needs to be accessible right away otherwise your queues will have numerous people who don't actually want to be on Eu today making them worse.
Please address the later issue, and attempt to deal with your server problems.
too many concurrent users for the platform to effectively support. <<< IS your issue - and we know with the players who just left another game by the hundreds this month, NA is in for the same problem long before the dragons totally destroy performance. For those of us who have been around for awhile, we're also aware that this didn't suddenly start last month. I have trouble with the credibility of that claim.

It's almost 9pm on a Saturday night in the UK.
This thread will be closed soon enough as you used the word "queue" in the title.
Best use the pinned thread at the top that is pretending it is not about the Login Queue.
