Good Afternoon.

I got billed automatically for this months subscription. How can I change it so I can manually subscribe?

To do that, I believe you need to switch to eso plus time cards and enter in the code each month.

Edit... alternately, subscribe for a month, wait a day or so, then cancel the subscription.

    [edit]

if you want to only pay when you want
    subscribe
    cancel
repeat after the first, or current, expires, if you resubscribe during you will be billed when the period already paid for ends

If you live in Germany, you can pay with paysafe. Due to the nature of that payment method ZOS cannot automatically renew your subscription.

Paysafe works like paying with cash. You go to a RL store and buy a code there with which you can then pay ZOS without needing to put in any bank info or anything, not even your paysafe account info if the code is enough to pay for it.
This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.

Greetings! Just a friendly reminder, as some posts have been removed, that per the community rules, it’s okay and very normal to disagree with others, and even to debate, but provoking conflict, baiting, inciting, mocking, etc. is never acceptable in the official The Elder Scrolls Online community. If you do not have something constructive or meaningful to add to a discussion, we strongly recommend you refrain from posting in that thread.
