I for one am absolutely disgusted and sickened by the fact that I must share the same pipeline to Cyrodiil as more sworn mortal enemies of the Pact and the Dominion.
I propose we relegate them as follows:
DC - Google Fiber.
EP - AT&T hotspot. They shouldn't have a problem with this given all the money they spent on Skyrim fanboy DLC, should have no problem paying the usage charge on their iPhone 15's.
AD - Dial-up. They already play in a large source of ball lag so Dial Up should be fundamentally no different for them.
I propose we relegate them as follows:

Yes give DC the best connection so that they could finally do something, win something and stop eating glue!
And just so you know - we the sophisticated people of the glorious Aldmeri Dominion have long stopped using such crude connection methods like those you have listed above.
