i have tried multiple times to reset my password but i don't ever remember filling out the security questions when i had access to my account and now i can't use the password recovery to reset it

✭Try to fill that: https://help.bethesda.net/app/account_recovery/p_id/eso Just write "I don't remember" in the secret question part.
