Cannot launch game or connect to www.elderscrollsonline.com from Australia

A few hours ago my game disconnected. I have multiple machines and none work. I ran the launcher diagnostics and saw some errors relating to accessing the website.
I tried launching the www.elderscrollsonline.com website. I had a fail with it loading "Hmmm... can't reach this page". But I can access other websites fine
I ran a tracert to www.google.com, all looks good.
I ran a tracert to www.elderscrollsonline.com and it gets to 9 hops and then request timed out.
