Shuffle cancels QUICK CLOAKS speed buff STILL!!

It's really frustrating that for countless months this bug exists especially after the last big update. When you have shuffle active and cast quick cloak you DO NOT get the speed buff applied from quick cloak. This has been reported multiple times.

This is completely destroying what would be my primary build of dual axes with 2h backbar for PVP.

    They provide the same buff, why would you run both?

    Exactly, running dw and 2h on my Nightblade the only good in combat mobility buff I have is quick cloak's secondary buff and shuffle for the snare removal. AS MENTIONED LIGHTSPEEDFLASH.
