Should death stroke and morphs only affect nb abilities?

THIS IS A DEVIL'S ADVOCATE POLL
Pvewise, nbs, more particularly stamblades are at the top of the top, in raid arguablly, they are outperforming their competition by at least 5k dps where raids just try to stack as many stamblades as possible and shove group support like potl and liquid lightning to healers and tanks.
This change will still allow nbs to make executes faster while toning down their dmg and not affecting pvp much unless you are a bleedblade.
Thoughts?
EDIT What I mean is the dmg increase only affects skills from the nb trees rather than from other skill trees like bow or fighters guild.

If you are referring to the 20% damage increase for 6 seconds, then as far as I'm aware of (console sucks), this is already the case as the skill only buffs your damage not the damage of other players.Edited by Dracan_Fontom on March 14, 2019 6:38PM3 -

my bad, yes, the 20% dmg increase to the target hit by the nb for the nb. What I mean is literally dmging skills from the nb tree rather than skills from other trees like bow, or fighters guild.
