  Depends entirely on your build. I can make a few guesses though. Say you have 40k Max Magicka and 4k Spell Damage fully buffed (pretty typical end game stats). Your effective spell damage is about 8k. 100 Spell Damage usually gets multiplied by 1.3 for Major and Minor Sorcery so it becomes 130. That increases your damage by 130/8000 = 1.6%.
  
  Crit damage works a little differently. If you were 50% Spell Crit and 100% Crit Damage then 9% more crit damage results in a 3% damage increase.
