Hey! 4 days ago I did something really awful.I went golden vendor to buy some items then I touch to my touchpad by mistake.I realized that I bought so much wrong items.13 Light speakers ring,1 Ice hearts pauldrons,5 kragh shoulder.Basically I waste 3-3.5m gold + close to 1m alliance point for nothing.Then I submitted a ticket to get my gold back.Firstly they want some informations like when did it happen, which items did you buy.I told everything I know and the they wanted me to destroy all items that I bought by mistake.After I destroyed items they said we are escalating your ticket to another team.Its been 3-4 days after that but I didn t get my refund or any reponse from anybody.I am kinda worried about that they forgot my ticket.Dont know how much should I wait so I also wanted to share on forum to be sure.Ticket number : 190309-000745.

We've all been there making stupid mistakes, but how could you have possibly bought all those things by mistake? No, it's not about being toxic. It's about the story being way way too extreme to be true. I'm sorry if it is true, and your problem will be solved since support works great, but I still doubt it's true, sorry.0 -

✭✭3-5 seconds? All those purchases? I highly highly doubt it was just 3-5seconds for all that. It takes a double click to buy one, too. I agree those purchases make no sense at all, that's why I'm still going with troll. Sorry. I wish you the best tho
Also, reaction time for most Humans will be about 2 seconds. Unless you were high or drunk or on some strong medicine. In which case, I'm doubly sorry for this incident.
And there is a reason to tell a fake story. I'm giving you lots of attention right now some people love attention!
