Lost bank items after upgrading to ESO plus

I deposited 20 or so locked items into my bank and after a bit of questing I cannot locate them. They've gone missing and I can't find them at all. This is a real shame.

Hi, I have the same problem as you, certainly for the same reasons: eso + . The technical support does not want to admit that there was a bug and explains that it can not do anything for me. Pathetic. How are you resolved this issue?

My advice with Support is to keep replying to their email, reexplaining the issue and saying that it is a bug that has not been resolved. It often takes a go-around or three before I get a helpful reply that actually addresses the problem.

are you sure your items didnt end up in crafting bag? its one of inventory tabs

As this thread is nearly a year old the discussion will be closed. You are welcome to start a new discussion on this topic if there are no recent threads. For missing items, you should check the inventory on each of your characters in case you misplaced the items. You should also check your Guild logs to see if you deposited the items in your Guild bank by accident. Additional assistance is available through customer support.
