Vanguard1✭✭There is a small percent of companies that keep an exact replica of their main server so they can test patches without taking down the main server, and then all you have to do is log out and log back in to get the update when it goes live. I know strange right.3 -

I can debunk this. I have stalked a bit.
Gina was offline since 0:24 east american time all day. When those patchnotes were posted, she was still offline. So sometimes, they can actually set a release schedule for patchnotes and they will be released automatically with the name of the moderator, even though they aren't awake yet.
From my observation, Gina is rarely seen actively online before 10 am east american time.
