Well, it sounds reasonable - khajiit have better stealth obviously due to being cats and bosmers have sharpest eyes. But sharp eye means accuracy, i.e. crit %. If devs wanna go that way they should move crit % chance to bosmer (nerfing other passives ofc) and vice versa for khajiit.
But this will never happen - devs are making races more fixed in their current role (dunmer is an exception), so as bosmers were pvp race so it will remain.
