Suggestion to active skill of heavy and medium armor

Heavy armor (immovable)
as we know, this is the most useless skill in this game, the reason?
1. every class has its own major ward and resolve
2. low duration of stun immunity, at this point it is better to break free or block the cc and not wasting gcd
3. second morph is useless and nobody use it

solution to immovable:
1. make it as new buff to reduce incoming damage by 8% with 17 sec duration, grant immunity to knockback and stun by 1,5 sec per piece of heavy armor
2. every skill level increase duration of the damage reduction by 1 sec [17 / 18 / 19 / 20]
3. morphed version start at 20 sec duration increase by 1 sec per lvl [20 / 21 / 22 / 23]
4. first morph grant minor ward and minor resolve the same duration as the damage reduction buff
5. second morph remove and grant immunity to snare and immobilization by 2 sec

Medium armor (evasion)
the reason to change
1. this skill only used in pvp scene mostly for removing snare and it is underwhelming compared to forward momentum in duration and stamina cost
2. the second morph is useless and nobody use it

solution to evasion:
1. decrease the stamina cost this skill by 20% for the base and the morph ability
2. make the base ability (evasion) have the shuffle removal and immunity to snare and immobilization by 1 sec per piece of medium armor worn
3. every skill level increase duration of major evasion by 1 sec [17 / 18 / 19 / 20]
4. morphed version start at 20 sec duration increase by 1 sec per lvl [20 / 21 / 22 / 23]
5. first morph grant minor expedition with the duration of major evasion
6. second morph grant reduction cost of break free, roll dodge, sprint, sneak by 5% with the duration of major evasion

    It would still cost stamina for heavy armor. Maybe split the cost between magicka and stamina. Because as of now, most builds would rather use their class armor buff. DK get 12% healing received and aoe dot. Templar get sustain. Nb don't have to slot it. Sorc get speed, damage, and execute proc chance. Warden get aoe buff to group. This makes it hard to drop class armor buff for heavy armor skill.

    I suggest heavy skill should provide a unique buff that the class skills cannot provide or rarely provide. Instead of armor buff, it could be major vitality for 5 seconds and immunity to fracture or breach for 20 seconds. This way, you can ignore your armor skill or have both. Just a suggestion.
