Bergama Achivement - undoable

I already read some posts like "I do it in 10 seconds". Great, but I can't. I have a new char, a lvl 22 sorc. I have Rapid Maneuvr skill rank 1. I use a potion to boost my speed and stamina regeneration. I use food to boost my overall stamina. I sprint. Still I can't be that fast. I have no such problems on my stamina characters.
Find a group? Well, that's what I try to do every day since the beginning of the event. Noone wants to group.
The most unfortunate part: I created this sorc as an "achivement" char - I want to try and make as many as I can. New Life seemed a good start for me, yet I am frustrated now...

Just get 4 people in zone or even 2 to help and it makes this far easier to do. Just because some people do it solo doesn't mean you have to.

Mmmh that's unfortunate. The event is still going so you should be able to find peeps to do it.

I have done it with a fresh alt below lvl 10 without Rapid Maneuver and using any CP (I can't be bother to actually play it, it was just for writs and motifs). Just all (the few of them) my attribute points in stamina and a lvl 7 potion. Open your map and figure out the best path. Also I can't believe that you can't find a group, I see people asking to group every time I go there, even at the oddest hours.

You might need a more optimized route. I cleared it last night on a Warden while trying to help a guildie get it, even though he accidentally wasn't at the appropriate stage of the quest.

To be fair, the character already had the achievement, I was simply under time to complete it.

Try starting at the flame next to the skyshard, doing both of the south flames, then heading north to hit the northern flames. If you're starting at the other southern torch, you're setting yourself up for a bad time.

My mag sorc didn't have any issues with it, it has absolutely nothing stamina related and I didn't have to use streak.
Make sure you're just popping rapids, regain stamina so you can afford to sprint before you have to re-apply rapids again.
You can even pop rapids, wait for a full stamina bar, and then hit the first brazier and then start sprinting.

should be doable with rapids and stam pots.what order are you running? one brazier is farther out than the others (SE one i think)and should be first or last.

I did it on my mDK simply by temporarily equipping my thief gear(medium that reduce detection range, adds some stam), tri-stat food and speed pot. It's all about getting the best route.

What platform are you on? If PC, i can help you on either server.

If not, try to use the Hurricane morph from Boundless storm (minor expedition) and go grab the Steed Mundus stone.
Also, don't use Rapids if you already using a potion for Major Expedition. The trait Well-Fitted will also make a difference

Its very doable, even for Magicka alts.

You already said you used a food buff to boost overall stam. Is it one that also buffs stam regen? I suggest Lava Foot Soup-And-Saltrice to boost both; its what I used for all of my alts (all 15).

You already said you use a stam potion. When are you using it? Don't use it before starting the race, I usually use it when hitting the 3rd signal fire and all of my resources are pretty low.

Don't worry about finding a group, its easily completable solo for all toons, not just Stamina builds.

You seem to have everything else sorted so the only other possibility is perhaps rethinking your order of hitting the signal fires. Perhaps you're hitting them in an odd order? Facing the NPC, the ramp for the first one I light is due left of him. Remember that the timer doesn't start until you light it... hit rapids light it and go. From the first one, I kinda visualize them as an upside down U with regards to how the roof bridges link them, although that's not how they look on the map.

And if you just missed the time and really want to get that achievement, don't finish the quest. Drop it and you'll be able to pick it back up the same day, although it might not be the first one you're given. I had to do that a few times when I got pinned by a roaming NPC or had a moment of bad lag.

That is the route I use. With the Rapid skill and some sprinting, I can complete it with 20+ seconds still on the clock which is more than enough time to earn the achievement.

It's doable by yourself.....like others mentioned, your route is not the most efficient. I've gotten the achievement by myself with only Rapids.

Start by getting the North First. Then go to to East. Then go to West. Then South.

Both my characters are level 50 and yet I find this the hardest achievement and hate it.
It usually takes me at least 3 attempts to complete and I discovered that if I leap down the steps instead of running this gives me enough time to finish lighting those wretched fires ...lol .

Now I have to admit my sense of direction sucks (in RL too) so this probably doesn't help, but yes it's
completely frustrating for me too.

I can't wait to get all the charity writs so I can stop doing this event .. it is becoming very tedious !

From the quest giver go left, up the first stairs to the first brazier

Take the path directly opposite the brazier then a right to the second one

From there go straight back until you reach the canopied area, take a left to the third brazier

Then go right and just follow the path to the fourth

Try pulling away before the painfully slow torching animation is completed. You can save a few seconds just with that.

This is probably a bit obvious, but it's worth practising the route given above with the relevant buffs before you run it for real.

One way or another, you'll get there.

Get stam food buff, and at least one stamina potion. The speed potion for thieve's troves or level up rewards are fine.

Skip the first brazier up the stairs to your left as you leave the quest giver and go to the one by the skyshard. Wait for your stamina to be completely full before lighting it. Sprint back to the one by the stairs and light it. Double back and sprint across the bridge north to the third brazer. Use potion on bridge if you are more than 2/3 down on stamina. Otherwise use it right after the third and sprint west to the last one. Timer starts with first lit and ends with the fourth. You don't need to save anything for sprint back to quest giver.

A sub 50 magicka character should be able to earn achievement like this.

I do remember having trouble with this during previous events but have not had any issues this time around, even om Mag characters - I just assumed they made it easier.

I always do the same route, with the skyshard one being the last one I do. This seems opposite to what some are saying to do but it works for me. I don't know which one is which but I start at the one to the north of the quest giver.

As other have said, happy to help out if you are on PS4 NA.

Did it with my breton healer, no extra food, no extra gear. Just activate rapid skill, wait till your stam is full again, ignite the first flame short before and start to run, briefly after the 2nd flame drink a stam potion (and choose a good route btw). Its not that hard. If you still have problems get divine medium stam gear, choose mundus the steed and respec your points into stam. And if that still isnt enough, get gear like fiords or level bolt escape.

This. While all characters I have attempted the achievement have obtained it solo, this seems to be a popular workaround.

If you watch until you pull the torch away then no you can not, but if you run when it's half way through then yes you can. I have used a level 4 character, no cp, using the lava foot food. Got the achievement alone. Done this on 3 characters.

If you can not, then group. There are plenty of people willing to group up.

See I just don't believe this. Do you only play during the absolute dead of night when nobody is on? I see people grouping literally non stop for the quest whenever I'm in the zone.

For the record, I grouped to get the achievement on my sorc on day 1 of the event.

its easy. done it on several chars

if youve got rapids, use them
if youve got major expedition, use it
if youve got speed pots, use them
make sure you use a stam recovery buff food / drink - theres one that does a 650 recover i think thats green
when you do it, you can leave the flame pretty much just after youve touched it, so it will "light" after your running to the next one. this one takes a bit of timing, but if you screw it up, wait for the timer to end, then try again.

Use that rogue draught and don't wait until the fire is fully lit. Once your torch waves over the fire pit then run off.
That's how I finally figured out how to do it within the time limits.

in addition to pulling away from the brazier before the animation completes, pivot around and orient yourself for your next move while the brazier animation is still going, that saves about a sec at each brazier as well...
