It's not happening to me in every match, but occasionally I'll be in a battleground and instead of firing from my inferno staff my light and heavy attacks fire from underneath my toon's feet. It wouldn't be so bad but it messes up line of sight so I can only attack players who are at least slightly above me. I think it maybe has something to do with dying during the merciless resolve animation. The little enchantment animation of the staff is also visible under the character's feet when it happens. It doesn't correct itself until I port out of the BG.
