Finding crafting patterns for the holiday writs?

I'm curious to know if anyone else is having some difficulty acquiring these simple patterns, or if anyone can direct me to other ways to get them other than thieving and purchasing them from a guild vendor. I'm already thieving, and although I get many patterns, I have yet to get some of these. As for the guild vendors, since everyone is looking for these patterns, they're typically sold out before I even get down there, within minutes.

I know many of you probably already have these patterns so it isn't an issue for you, but as a relatively new player I'm doing my best to try to get them at the moment, and would very much like to know if there is anything I haven't tried yet.

    They should all be available from the npc craft vendors.

    The quest hint actually points you to the NPC vendors that sell the plans I believe
    CP 1200+ Xbox - NA - Ebonheart Pact
    Characters
    Dargo Crichton - VR16/lvl 50 StamDK - Stormproof
    Talon Crichton - lvl 50 Stamsorc
    Kara Crichton - lvl 50 StamDK
    Erza Crichton - lvl 50 MagDK

    Just buy them from the relevant crafting trader - clothier, blacksmith etc.

    Each writ will tell you where to buy the plan from.
    My accountant told me to invest my money in bonds. So I bought 100 copies of Goldfinger.

    Oh my gosh...believe it or not, I didn't even realize the vendors standing there sold the patterns .__. ugh *crawls away and hides* thanks guys, thats what I get for not paying attention!
