Why can't I put Banker in Villa?

Whenever I try to put the Banker in the Villa I get the message "You do not have room for any more special collectibles in this house".
1. How do I know what category something is, to remove it to make room for the Banker.
2. Do items in a storage chest count against any of the Limit Caps?

✭✭I believe that mounts and pets count as special collectibles, along with the assistants.
Items in storage chests don't count.
Storage chests are collectible furnishings, along with trophies/busts, and other furnishings that have been obtained from quests, such as the Vvardenfell map.
