If you hit a cc immune player with reverb bash, will they still get the major defile debuff applied on them? Or does major defile applies only when the target is stunned by reverb bash?

However this not universal to all CC, for example the secondary effect on werewolf's fear are not applied on CC immune targets.Aznox
