Getting this error when loading into the executable nonstop, most of the time im getting this error, rarely after a fresh reboot of my pc i can get to the login screen and log in, but if i log out i get error 201, close the exe, and when trying to load into the game it returns to throwing the platform error at me, and continues to do so

I have tried multiple repairs through the launcher, reinstalls of direct x and the VCredists, dns flushing, resetting my modem and router, port fowarding, updating nvidia drivers, tinkering with config files, and a few other things i forgot. googling hasnt been helpful as i can only see my issue pop up in like two steam forum threads with no replys for resolution.
