The telvars are outdated IMO, no one needs them anymore. It is too late to remove the loss, it won't revive IC.

Alchemy satchels are amazing, what do you mean?

There are multiple ways to get alchemy mats like doing writs or farming nodes or even getting Cirodiil daily rewards. Is IC bringing you more mats per hour? And before answering consider you cannot steal them and if you cannot steal them then there won't be 2x 3x or 4x farming coefficient.

As my answer is to the "Remove Telvar loss" solution. No one will go down there to farm Telvars for alchemy mats...because the return on the mats will be greatly nerfed with the loss of risk. And we are back to our original problem, how do we bring players in IC.

I can spend 30 minutes farming telvar and met more alchemy mats than farming and writs combined

    Goes down to IC
gets some kills...nobody has tel var because everyone down there just hopes to get it off other players

Someone told me that the death of IC was due to effective bombers. People would mass up in their PVE groups to avoid getting ganked...and would just get bombed instead

I would return if there was no Tel Var loss after death to NPC, and just 10% Tel Var loss after death to enemy player. Or always 10% loss, wouldn't hurt much anyway :)

Is that with Imperial Physique set when all districts are owned by your faction and player-free? At least that's what i'm doing when need to farm few telvars myself.
If the goal is to bring players there, then not all the districts will be owned, also running with Imperial Physique set will get you zerged down quite quickly.

If the Telvar thievery is removed then the telvar gain will be greatly nerfed across the board.
30 minutes farming works now because the area is dead while the risk bonuses are on.

Remove it from the cyrodiil population and make it a separate queue-able instance with a max group size of 12. It would be a great medium between BG's and AvA.

No you won't. There isn't much to do there without the risk of meeting other players.

And it's very easy to spend time in IC and not meet anyone, so people who make your claim might as well just go there now.

    for the sewers:
a full pve version of the zone so i can FINALLY do the story quests and explore at my leisure and not have to deal with silly pvp nonsense.
a teleport to enter the sewers directly so i dont have to traverse through a zone full of silly pvp nonsense.

    for cyrodiil:
a full pve version of the zone so i can do delves, anchors, fish, collect, do quests and not have to deal with silly pvp nonsense.

the whiny pvp’ers hate this only because us carebears are easy prey and we wont be in those zones since we will have OUR version for US. and then those whiny pvp’ers would actually have real pvp’ers to give them a true fight.
but then again, thats just gonna ruin pve even more as those whiny pvp kids will just get more things nerfed.

the only solution is to just remove pvp from eso.

Ah, your statement is decidedly unfair. People who believe that ganking others in a game constitutes a meaningful life achievement have a right to their fun.

Separate the population from Cyrodiil campaigns. With Cyro pops at an all around low, and only one competitive campaign, I can’t be in IC without feeling like I’m screwing over my faction by being in there, taking up a queue spot that could be used by someone on the battlefields.

And if I were to learn of a DC group in Vivec IC while we couldn’t get enormous player together to save our trikeeps or scrolls, I would feel very negatively about them.

Remove it from connection to Cyrodiil PvP campaigns and make it easier and faster to access than riding through Cyrodiil. Leave it as a PvP zone but with more varied objectives than a single barely defended flag in each district. Keep the PvE content and Telvar currency.

Remove Telvar loss. I can accept getting ganked in PVP, but getting ganked and robbed is a whole different story.

thats literally the point of IC ... you PvP for currency and there is risk / reward (telvar multiplier the more telvar you have on you), you can go cash out when you have 5k telvar you can go cashout when you have 200k telvar you just have the risk that you get ganked and lose the half...
If you go to IC with some halfass roleplayer build ofc you are gonna get ganked.
Also the idea of Imperial Physique is also a nice one IMO, you get insane stats but you are marking yourself as a running goldmine.

If I could port directly to it, I might go more. But, I find it boring compared to Cyrodil PvP, but then again I am not a ganker.

When I go with a group all we do is time spawns, and that is sooo boring...All it is, is grinding. No other reason to go down there. There never seems to be enough people down there to even care about flags, or objectives. I like Cyrodil because there are many things to capture as well as scrolls.

All of you people complaining about not being able to do the PVE content are missing out on the best factor in MMO's. The fact that you need to work with other players to accomplish your goals.

Holy crap MMO communities are becoming just as poison as social media communities, how's that silo treating you in the MMO where you log-on to play solo all day?

    3. Only allow access to the Alliance with the most keeps

Bonus: Add some sort of cool event that is required to be completed in order to crown an emperor (i.e., capture the inner ring in Cyro, then storm IC to literally take the throne)

Number three is basically a call to make it a PvE zone.

I visit there fairly often because it is a fun place to just run around and mindlessly kill things. I do miss the huge three way battles that used to take place. If the AP gains for killing enemy players was increased by a good chunk it might bring back those fun fights. The AP shouldn't apply to the campaign score though only to the players rank.

You can do all of this right now. You just need to get over dying to other players. If it happens, rez and move on with your business.

And that's a big "if". I've cleared Cyrodiil delves on several characters and as far as I can remember I only got ganked twice.
