I'm playing through Steam and I've never had this issue until after the Merk dlc. Internet is perfectly fine - I've run speed tests (1gb fiber connection) and have no issues playing any other game. I can't figure this out and I swear I'm not going crazy.

What does sound crazy is that the lag I'm experiencing in game is only effecting my combat. Swapping mechanics are incredibly slow and there's a delay in casting.

I've disabled and deleted add-ons, repaired the game, updated drivers, checked forums for answers and I'm not finding anything to help.

If anyone else has valuable insight or a similar situation, I would like to hear.
