im trying to come back to the game but im having the same issue i had 4 years ago which was the impossibly slow download. im at 10mb a second this shouldnt take this long was there never a fix?

ZOS_BilladminSlow download speeds can happen for a few different reasons. You can try changing the speed of your download to the other settings in the launcher by following the steps below:- Start the ESO launcher.
- Click the gear icon in the top right corner of the launcher.
- This will bring you to the Launcher Settings menu.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the window and change the Maximum Download setting to 5mbps or 10mbps.
Adding an exception to the Windows Firewall and flushing the DNS can help improve download speed as well.
