I keep seeing everyone using this witty and original name for the DLC but not providing specific complaints. What aspects of it do you not like?
No, I would rather pain points be addressed and we build on the changes ZOS put forth rather than rolling them back.
If we keep stepping back every time a group don't like a change then we won't actually make any progress, better ZOS keeps the balance direction they want but try to iron out the frustrations it causes the players.
Any massive change in a system within a game will have this outcry though. No matter what ZOS came to the table with regarding balancing shield people were going to be mad because they liked how they were. No, I would rather pain points be addressed and we build on the changes ZOS put forth rather than rolling them back.

Typically I agree but the majority of this patch has been opposed since day one by a majority of players, these arnt minor tweaks to be made. Its not like oh they hit this too hard, they hit everything to hard across the board

ZOS wanted to do something, so they took a shot at it. The first try was way off the pulse so they reeled it back and went with another option.

I'm reserving my judgement on just how crippled things are for the moment. In my years playing MMO games or those with constant balance passes I've seen things called crippled or RIP many times, yet weeks later the changes have sunk in, people have adapted and it's back to screaming L2P at each other.Any massive change in a system within a game will have this outcry though. and the better option, crippled all magic, crippled sorc, took a good stab at nb, and dk sustain. Entire types of builds arent just weaker there completely gone.

QFT. Renowned game designers know this:- the game should play smoothly,
- classes should have a purpose,
- gameplay should have a direction and
- changes should be gradual.
I know something about what I say, I develop software since 1983.
