8% syphon max Mag increase bug (ps4) now apparently fixed

Mag nightblade syphon ability passive, when syphon ability is removed from bar A, the max Mag is removed from bar B. Effectively the max Mag passive is only affecting the opposite bar to which it is slotted.

bpmachete✭✭✭This is happening to me, slot Syphon strikes on back bar switch to front bar a couple of times all of a sudden the max mag (and maybe all associated passives) goes to the front bar. Sux please fix @ZOS_GinaBruno1
