broken anti spam banning people falsly

ok so the anti spam ssytem that auto suspends people is broken people are falling thro the terrian .. getting a kicked from server due to spam message then find themself suspended for 3 days .... while i understand that yes anti spam is good .. to auto suspend is not good as there are alot of buggs that could cause the spam message

like the one above were people fall thro the terrain log and wait and log back in to find a message a few seconds later about spam and being kicked

ofc u guys are going to say its not broken its working as intended ... so how comes so many people are complaining of incorrect login details entered error message

which btw if your not aware is zenimax code for your ass is suspended ... u guys havnt even acknowledge there is an issue ... but u keep revoking all these suspensions after all of nightmare ticket (i have prove that the csrs couldnt organsise an *** in a brothal ) because they were applied falsly either the auto kick is broken or people that check the logs are blind or useless

    Are you talking about the bug where the game flips out and kicks you to the login screen with a "message limit reached" error? Because if you're getting auto-banned for that, then it's a pretty huge issue.

    Besides, a THREE DAY suspension for spam seems like overkill.

    Depends on how bad the spamming is and what type. Gold seller spam just perma ban. Spamming a few (3 or so) lines, maybe 24 hour ban. Spamming hateful, crude, or similar text, 3 days seems fine. The rest of the EOS game world population is not there for a few socially inept individuals to take advantage of.

    I am not entirely sure what the OP is talking about but it kinda sounds like Zeni's gold seller spam filter may have some bugs. I can tolerate the bugs in the system as long as they are being fixed, but I think controlling the GS spam should be a top priority.

    i did nothing of the sort, and I am suspended....customer service wont call me (been 5 hours) and wont reply to my email tickets.......

    I really enjoy the game, but this company isn't " mmo material " lol that game is but the company and the people that work for it aren't, hundreds of us are stuck in what should be end game zone and aren't able to progress due to a major bug, and they wont acknowledge or fix that, they seem to be good at denying, and hiding from their problems.

    But seriously yif you got banned for that contact them right away that's wrong
