Four years of complaining about Healing Ritual having a cast time seems to have taught nothing.
"Hey, remember that thing everyone hated? Let's put it on another skill!"
I just don't get it. I really don't. I'm not out to attack the devs, but I have to say, I'd have been fired if I was this bad at my job. This is the most monumentally awful decision I have ever seen by a game's balance team. I don't even play a mag sorc and I'm mad.
And yes, I realize we have other threads discussing this. Apparently they went unnoticed, so keep em coming.

✭✭✭Reroll to Stamina. ZOS has completely given up on trying to find some sort of balance between Magicka and Stamina so they have resorted to sabotaging Magicka. They can't fix the problem so they are eliminating the choice for players instead.1 -
