Guild Bank / Guild Store options not appearing

Since the hotfix I've not been able to view guild bank or guild store options on a banker. I tried two different places and two different toons (Auridion and Alinor) and disabled all addon's and still no GB/GS options. Its like the normal banker is acting like Tythis Andromo.
Any suggestions to help fix this? Am I the only one having this issue? This is really hurting my trading so any help would be gratefully received. Thank you.

Katronia✭Update - I did reloadUI a few times whilst trying to get the options to appear but to no avail. I disabled gamepad support and reloaded UI still no help.
I also repaired the client. Still the same issue.
On multiple toons now, still no guild bank or guild store options on normal bankers.0
