Destruction light/heavy attack question

Hello,
Does a fire destruction staff light and heavy attacks count as a flame ability or destruction staff ability?

I wonder if it will work with silks of the sun set:

(2 items) Adds 1206 Max Health

(3 items) Adds 1096 Max Magicka

(4 items) Adds 129 Spell Damage

(5 items) Adds 400 Spell Damage to your Flame Damage abilities

It's flame damage as the damage type, on an inferno anyway! So I would say this works regardless. Except I don't know the impact of SD on LA/HA now compared to magika
