active tracked quest resetting in loading screen bug is back

My currently active tracked quest is changing every time I go into a loading screen, between wayshrines and into delves definitely, so that it is tracking the bottom one on the list, for maelstrom arena when I'm trying to do Summerset dailies.
This is PCNA with gamepad mode enabled.

✭I can confirm and this is very annoying.
Trying to do any quest after traveling you get the wrong white markers on compass because the active quest changed and sometimes I've wasted so much time chasing the wrong objectives. Please fix it.
