The tool tip says 125, my nb ulti count shows 500. When I use Dawnbreaker all the ulti gets used. Why?

That's how every ultimate ability works. Ultimate abilities always consume all ultimate you have stored up. 125 indicates the minimum amount of ultimate required to use Dawnbreaker, not how much ultimate will be consumed when you use it.7-day PVP campaign regular 2016-2019, Flawless Conqueror.
