Should ZOS remove the fence/wall in the Alinor Townhouse's courtyard?

The city of Alinor is whimsically beautiful and we are able to have a house of our own there! But what's this in the courtyard? A huge wall with thick metal bars spaced so tightly together, to where it greatly obstructs one's view of the city?! We are supposedly in a more noble and upperclass section of Alinor. Why then does it look like we are looking out at the rest of the city from a prison window?!
Please @ZOS_GinaBruno , @ZOS_JessicaFolsom , or whoever, fix this by removing the wall, but like leaving the stone ledge at the bottom of the wall and obviously keeping the invisible wall there.

I understand that the view of the city is just a picture essentially and not the physical city itself, but take Hakkvild's High Hall for example,... You can see all of the buildings in the town below, without having anything like bars and walls obstructing your view. (I own it on live too and I love it. It's the best house I own!) There is a little wooden fence line though to keep awareness of the invisible wall (which is obviously reasonable).
