Won't let me log in to eso support..
I'm trying to log on support to recover a deleted character and submit a ticket but it keeps saying login failed, user id and password is correct and it works here but not there, help please?

When trying to submit a ticket through the site my internet kept crashing and until now i thought it hadn't submitted one. So, i did it through xbox and they got back to me quickly, i gave them the characters info and now waiting for a response on if it will be fixed. Looked on forums earlier and saw that the other ticket did actually go through0
