Twitch drops not received

My twitch account is linked according to this page in my account management, I was logged in on twitch, and I watched the wolfhunter stream from the beginning until the end (in fact I started it already when you were still talking about that card game), and yet I haven't received any drops. Other people from my guild who watched it already got the crates. I didn't get the usual e-mail that comes after a twitch stream with drops enabled either.

Is it some technical issue, or am I ineligible for some reason? If it's a technical issue, is there any way I could get the crates now?

Have posted the below in a couple ofother threads:

Unsure why I didn’t receive drops, was online before, during and after stream.

QUOTE: As soon as Twitch drops were available I linked my ESO account. However, no drops. After watching the Friday 6th stream I realised I had a notification to link my Bethesda account. I have now linked my Bethesda account.

Just wondering if both have to be linked instead of just the ESO one to qualify for drops. Guess I’ll find out at next stream.

An answer would be wonderful please.

Well, I did receive drops before I linked the bethesda account. The ESO account was enough. I did also link the Bethesda account though, and it was before the stream.

In order to qualify for Twitch drops for The Elder Scrolls Online you must meet the following criteria:
    1. Your Elder Scrolls Online account for PC/Mac must be linked to your Twitch account. You can link your account by following the steps provided at this link. (Twitch drops are not available on the Xbox or PlayStation clients.)
    2. You must be logged into the Twitch account that is linked to your Elder Scrolls Online account.
    3. You need to watch a stream that has had drops turned on for ESO on Twitch.tv.
      • You will know drops are enabled if you see the message "Drops enabled! Watch for a chance to earn loot!" under the stream video.

Twitch Drops are random and frequency may vary. There is no guarantee of a drop, how often drops will be awarded, or what the reward will be. We are unable to grant drops to players outside of a Twitch stream.

Seriously? How can I take this reply as anything but an insult? Did you even read my first post? Please do an investigation of the issues, because I met all those criteria, and as you should know yourself, drops were enabled in that stream.

" There is no guarantee of a drop"

Seems fairly clear to me. You were not guaranteed anything for that stream. The drop rate may have been quite high. High enough that a majority of people received at least one crate, but there was never a guarantee that you would receive any.

Is there any update on when drops come for console too or how the status on it is?
Its always kind of annoying to not being able to get crates when pc players can get 5 for watching a single stream for example.

To me it sounds like there is no guarantee when the drops are enabled, not that when the drops are enabled you might still not get anything.

The way it was explained when it was introduced, was that people will receive the drop whenever they watched the stream long enough (here a screenshot from a conversation between @ZOS_Gina_Bruno and a guildie of mine: https://image.prntscr.com/image/msL_GGlxQ4e5M_f3YJZRJA.png ). And now it's supposedly no longer guaranteed if you watch the whole stream? Can we please have a non copy-pasted generic response? Because those really don't help.

I know the Twitch drops are random. However, when we watched the 6th July stream we were all told by @ZOS_GinaBruno that we were guaranteed 1-5 crates based on how long we stayed watching the stream.

@ZOS_BillE explain please why then some of us after ensuring correct linking procedure was followed we didn’t receive 1 crate.

    @Jazdia

If you didn't receive any crown crates from the ESO Live July 6th stream, you should open a ticket with customer support who can investigate.

@ZOS_BillE thank you, have logged a ticket. Not that there’s really a proper area for Twitch issues, so I winged it.

Will see what the response is.

Hi All, so it took a while and I ended up getting my query moved to a specialised team, but they’ve reimbursed my Twitch crates for the 6th July Stream.

Log a support request, they’ll give the standard response first, but be polite and stick with it. They’ll also ask you for a few other things and by doing that you might get your crates. It worked for me, but I’m unsure if it will work for everyone.

Proof and politeness pays off (sometimes).

I made a ticket myself right after @ZOS_BillE advised that we do that, and I have not gotten a response at all.

EDIT: I checked again, I did recevie a response on the 12th of July that I somehow missed. I'll try to get it resolved now.
