Been playing this game since beta and all you damn scrubs coming in here nerf this and nerf that. Hell ZOS can’t even focus on fixing lag because all you damn crybabies who just suck at pvp call for nerfs on classes and skills wasting time. So please. Do tell. I’ll pull up some cheese for you with your whine. Because we all know the worlds smallest violen is playing when you come on the forums crying.
Rant over.

So for your thread, which is basically "nerf the nerf threads."
L2Forum.
Nerf Threads are a constant on the forums. This is where people come to complain but also to receive support and sometimes helpful tips on how to counter whatever is causing problems for them. I appreciate your frustration, but you might as well stand athwart the tide telling it to stop.
That being said...
Tip #1: If there is another recent thread on that subject, I will often post that thread in a comment. Then, if I am so minded or annoyed by the constant stream of "Nerf XYZ" threads that keep cropping up in rapid succession, I report it to ZOS. ZOS mods like to keep the forums uncluttered and so this is an excellent method of removing duplicate threads. This is the best way to deal with multiple nerf threads.
Tip #2: If the thread is a new nerf post, I read it to see if I have any helpful tips to contribute. Most nerf threads come down to L2Play and there are often good tips to be gleaned from amidst the complaining. If I don't have anything to add that's helpful, I usually ignore the thread. If the nerf post is ridiculous and I know so, I will explain why its ridiculous and add tips for how to L2Play. Because honestly, nobody ever learned anything useful from being told just "L2Play" Lots of people comes to complain, but its worth it for the one or two people that actually do learn. I know I've learned useful PVP counters from the advice people have offered in otherwise whiny nerf threads.
Tip #3: Remember that PVE drives a fair number of nerfs but you'll rarely have forewarning because Molag Kena doesn't post whiny posts about how fast players are killing her. If PVE players start talking about how certain sets are amazing or hard endgame content is getting too easy, expect to see PVE-driven nerfs incoming.
