Outfit problems this infuriates me

On one character where i never made an outfit I can hide my helm and see the head on my Xivkyn polymorph just fine but On any character who has an outfit I:
1) can’t toggle the outfit off.
2) can’t hide helmet for my Xivkyn polymorphs.
3) can’t delete outfit 1 which is the reason I’m having these problems in the first place
