Last time it lasted way longer than a few hours

The timing totally sucks on this considering it is a holiday. I came back after about a year of not playing and subbed up for eso+. I am getting delves and structure with no walls, ceilings or floors, other random bugs which all make it extremely hard to play but now I guess this is the clincher since it is impossible to play if I can’t log in. Is this indicative of what the game is like these days because I’ll invest my time and money elsewhere if this is “normal”.
