Hello, I submitted numerous tickets trying to restore a deleted character, but I've yet to receive a single response. Is there anyone who can help me can I move on?

Greetings, if you have access to your ticket number I can check the status of your ticket. I would advise however, to refrain from opening multiple tickets. Duplicate tickets will result in your other tickets being closed.

DecentGnostico, I can confirm your ticket is still active and open. Currently the support team is experiencing a large number of tickets due to the launch of Summerset and the E3 showcase, we ask for your patience and a support agent will reach out as soon as they are able.
