I need some input concerning the ToS and EULA involving Crown Store Gifts.

A member of a guild I am with has mentioned on several occasions (one of my guild leaders, no less) has spoken about the act of gifting someone Crown Store items in exchange for gold. Several other members of the guild, including another guild leader, have stated that doing so is in direct violation of the game's Terms of Service and End User License Agreement.

I agree with my fellows that this feels like it would be a violation, but I want to make 100% sure that that is the case before I say anything. Can I please get a statement from a developer or writer of the ToS or EULA to back up my argument?

How does one prove exactly that there is act of violation, its legitimate to gift somebody and it is legitimate to send smbdy gold so how does one convict a person for that

Trading in game items and in game currency is ok, it's already been gone over by the CMs. As long as nothing outside of the game is traded, is ok.
