vampire char has normal skin for some reason + outfit problem

First it happened yesterday when I used a disguise while questing and then it was back to normal after I unequipped the disguise. Today it has changed after porting to another zone and now it stays like this, I restarted the game but my char still doesn't look like a vamp anymore. Might be related with the outfit system issue, because now outfit 1 is also selected even though it should be "no outfit".
My char wears a costume and it doesn't look good with green scales, I'd like to have my vamp skin back X)

That’s something you don’t hear too often on the forums...
Disguises have been hiding vamp appearance for a long time. Don’t know about any outfit system issues. Hope you get it sorted OP.1 -

Pixel_Zealot✭✭✭✭What loads of people do is turn their chars into vamps, then buy a change appearance token to change skin, eyes and hair as their char's previous look, looks terrible after being bitten. But changing the skin and eyes to look better on stage 3-4 does work.

About your problem, I think this is a bug that you should report, even though it probably won't be fixed in the next few years.
Change appearance token last checked only offered more pale white options.0
