In their quest to make a pretty game, they butchered performance hard. That butchering, made enough people leave to cause zos to switch from subscription to B2P with crown store.
That's over simplified, but ALOT of people left when they couldn't play without laggy performance. That enough soaks speaks volume to what's important for players.
At the end of the day a video you can't play reliably is like a car that won't get you from point a to point b without stalling; most people ditch form when the function fails in favor for things that work.Minno - DC - Forum-plar Extraordinaire

In the same lag, playing mDK and sNB's difference is huge. other after patch bought new gear to tanking for new meta...just few days ago ZOS suddenly nerfed this gameplay while they cant do this with op sets on pvp and he also quitted mainly because he waster around 1m gold for this new meta gear to be useless after few days
and another? just possibility to very cheesy builds against specific classes etc0 -
