✭✭✭✭There's a new gold drink with Summerset that is probably what you need: max HP and Max Stam plus stam/health recovery. I hope you like fishing!

✭I've been experimenting with the spring loaded infusion.
It increases max health stam and magicka but it gives a little less than purple food (just over 500 less of each).
