Summerset Physical Edition Pre-purchase and Nightmare Senche Mount

I pre ordered the Physical Collector's Edition of Summerset through amazon, i registered the code and got the item promised in the Physical Collector's Edition but i did not receive the ones for preordering it. Was wondering if anyone has encountered the same issue and what approach they took, if so.
