I don't let a lot of things in a video game make me mad...it's just not that important to me. But this takes the cake.

My best friend in the game, who I've been playing with for over year, is the most dedicated ESO player I've met. He's spent around $4,000 in crowns and has multiple ESO+ accounts. Unlike me, ESO is his primary passion.

His favorite part of the game is the merchant side so he spends the majority of his time in game earning gold. He's got well over 300 million in gold, all made in a variety of ways. Lots of crafting, lots of motif farming, lots of writs (selling transmute stations for 1MM+) lots of buy-low-sell-high, etc. He's also made some highly profitable gold loans to guilds with high paybacks. As such, as you can imagine, he mails or trades large sums of gold.

His account is locked down by ZOS, or gold is taken away by ZOS, WEEKLY and has been for months on end. Each time, after some investigation, his account is unlocked and his gold returned. EVERY TIME. So you'd think someone at ZOS would figure out a way to STOP SPENDING RESOURCES INVESTIGATING THIS GUY. He spends more on this game than hundreds of other players combined.

HOWEVER...when I head to Bal Foyen to farm a few dozen ore to complete my daily writs, there are 6 obvious bots running around free. I report them, come back, and they are still there.

So ZOS can lock down a paying, completely legal account, instantly without any type of report yet they can't shut down an army of obvious bots that players have reported? We've done the work for you, ZOS! Why not take the guy who spends an hour each week investigating my buddy's perfectly legal account and shut down some obvious bots?
