We are currently investigating connection issues some players are having on the European megaservers. We will update as new information becomes available.

Wow, it happened to me too! (A votekick tale)

I was on my lvl34 stamblade (CP816) and I got kicked from a normal BC1 run before we even pulled anything. I then did what any grown person would do and simply queue'd again and got into another group where we cleared the dungeon. Such drama.

Except you see if you are a dps that waited a long time to even find a group this type of behavior is ruining your chance to play.

As a lvl34 you drop lvl34 gear which is of no use to anyone. This could be a reason to kick you from the group. Nothing wrong with it and no need to make a fuss about it or treat it as an attack against you

Actually there is something wrong with it. A lower level shouldn't get kicked just because the others are farming gear, it's on them to find a farming team.

And why isn't it on the lvl34 to find a questing/clearing team? Farming teams have just as much right as anyone else to play as they see fit.

You forgot the other part of what a grown adult would do. You came to the forum to make a whine post about it.
"And it's important to state that our decision to go with subscriptions is not a referendum on online game revenue models. F2P, B2P, etc. are valid, proven business models - but subscription is the one that fits ESO the best, given our commitment to freedom of gameplay, quality and long-term content delivery. Plus, players will appreciate not having to worry about being "monetized" in the middle of playing the game, which is definitely a problem that is cropping up more and more in online gaming these days. The fact that the word "monetized" exists points to the heart of the issue for us: We don't want the player to worry about which parts of the game to pay for - with our system, they get it all."

BECAUSE ITS THE RANDOM XP DUNGEON FINDER!!!!!

Seriously though, what don't you get about that?! If you are pugging, you better expect to find low level alts or new players in the queue. You can't go into the rando queue and then impart your farming will upon random players.

If you are farming, you likely know the game and have guildies to farm with. Who, surprise, may need to farm the gear you are looking for too! GASP!

Which is the exact way I handled my grind for BSW gear. I pugged when I needed to and ran with guildies when I could. Not once did I vote kick a sub CP 160 player because I couldn't use their gear.

Not if they used the random group finder to pick up a level 34.

Seriously, I've got no problem with farming for gear, but if you use the groupfinder to pick up randoms for your farming team, you don't get to complain about getting low level players in one of the very first normal dungeons to be unlocked.

Just because you renamed it to RANDOM XP DUNGEON FINDER!!!!! does not make it the RANDOM XP DUNGEON FINDER!!!!! It is the Random Dungeon Finder. And that may not have been a random dungeon for the other people in there. They may have specifically queued for it and YOU were randomly placed in the last spot.

If they queued for it with three people, then they queued understanding they were going to get a random fourth member. A random fourth member with an excellent chance of being low level, since BC1 is one of the first dungeons to unlock.

Random Dungeon Finder grants a bonus XP....

If you are pugging, you should expect to run into those who are trying to get their dungeon run in.

As others have said, the rando finder isn't your personal enlistment tool for your farming runs.

The way I see it, you need to be CP 300 before you have the faintest dream of playing a vet dungeon, particularly if it's a lv 2 dungeon or dlc. Other than that, no issues.

I don't vote kick folks whodon't meet those rules, I only queue as a tank these days. So I'll just drop out myself if I don't like the group.

It isn't a personal tool for anyone. That's the point. Farming groups have every right to use it as you do. Want to avoid being kicked for wasting peoples time? Then get an XP group together to run randoms, the same way you want farming groups to make their own groups.

    Greetings all,

We have decided to close this thread as it has become purely bait. Baiting other players is against the rules that we have in place. At this time we would like to advise everyone to take a moment to review the rules.

    Thank you for your understanding,
